After being forced out of our old clubhouse, the Oulder Hill ARS re-surfaced as the Shawclough Amateur Radio Club (now the Shawclough Amateur Radio & Radio Listeners' Club), and moved to a very pleasant new location at the Rochdale City Learning centre in Shawclough. The club opened its doors for business in January 2005, and here are a few pictures taken during our very first meeting, and also the erection of our VHF/UHF aerial.
